Open since July of 2019, Maverick Whiskey offers more than a luxurious dining experience, including tours of their first-class Whiskey Distillery and Brewery, all within the same location. Maverick Whiskey’s menu, by co-executive chefs Gabriela Orozco and Phil Carden, includes a wide array of New American fare for lunch and dinner, with favorites such as their pork chops, sea scallops, chicken fried quail and barbecue beef ribs, to name just a few.
